Plugs, composite moulds and finished parts — from a 3D file, drawing or scan. Three CNC machines, precision to 0.1 mm. Quote within 24 h.
From a CAD file or an existing part to a finished, inspected mould — plugs, moulds, prototypes and large-format 3D prints under one roof.

Simultaneous 5-axis milling of plugs and patterns from MDF or foam with paste — complex geometry in a single set-up, ready for hand finishing and moulding.
Core service
Moulds in dimensionally stable laminate, polished to a high gloss and checked against the CAD model with a 3D scanner.

Pellet printing up to 12 kg/h in PE and PP, including carbon, glass and natural fibre reinforced grades.

Working envelope of 10 000 × 3700 × 1700 mm and machining up to 16 m in length — hulls, decks, moulds and large structures.
up to 16 m
Concept and functional prototypes in wood, MDF, tooling board, foam, composites and plastics — one-offs or short series.

In-house CAD/CAM and toolpaths. No file? We 3D-scan your part and build the model from the scan.
3- and 5-axis milling, large-format 3D printing and machining up to 16 m in length. The machines run three shifts, which keeps lead times short on large jobs too.

Simultaneous 5-axis machining of complex shapes, sculptures and moulds in a single set-up. The same machine prints large parts in polymer.

A large bed for sheet material, flat parts and nested cutting — fast turnaround for one-offs and series production.

Our largest machine, built for hulls, moulds and large structures. Parts up to 16 m in length.
Seven steps from your file to finished parts — with a 3D scanner check before production.
Send a 3D file (STEP, IGES, STL, DXF), a drawing or a photo. Quote within 24 h.
No file? We 3D-scan the existing part and build the model from the scan.
The plug is milled from MDF, or from foam coated with paste.
The plug surface is sanded and finished by hand.
Laminated in a dimensionally stable laminate and polished to a high gloss.
A 3D scanner compares the mould with the CAD model.
Parts produced from the mould — one-offs or series.
File, 3D scan, plug, mould and finished parts — the whole chain in one workshop.
Shorter lead times, including on large orders.
Every mould is compared with the CAD model before it goes into production.
We build our own boats under the Lamdo Yachts name, so we know composites from the inside.
From a single prototype to repeatable production from one mould.
Plugs, moulds, prototypes and large-format parts for clients across many industries.
From shipyards to signage — our CNC and composite services support manufacturers across sectors.

Our largest machine is a 5-axis CNC with a working envelope of 10 000 × 3700 × 1700 mm and can machine parts up to 16 m in length — for example hulls, deck moulds and large structures. Smaller parts are made on a 5-axis machine (4100 × 2100 × 1000 mm) and a 3-axis machine (4000 × 2000 × 500 mm).
Our 5-axis machine with a 4100 × 2100 × 1000 mm working envelope machines to a precision of 0.1 mm, with simultaneous 5-axis machining of complex geometry in a single set-up.
STEP, IGES, STL and DXF, as well as drawings and photos. If you have no file, we can 3D-scan your part and build the model from the scan.
We send quotes within 24 hours of receiving your file or description.
Yes. We mill the plug from MDF or foam with paste, sand it by hand, laminate a dimensionally stable mould polished to a high gloss, and check it against the CAD model with a 3D scanner. We can also produce the finished parts from the mould.
