We mill straight, curved and spiral handrails, bends, volutes and treads from solid wood — to your design, drawing or 3D file. One-offs and series.

We make solid-wood stair and handrail parts to order, from the documentation you provide. Curved sections and handrail ends are 5-axis milled from glued laminated blanks — the shape is repeatable and the surface is ready for sanding and finishing.
Solid-wood stair and handrail parts — from a single piece to a series.
Handrail sections with changing curvature, including for spiral staircases, 5-axis milled from glued laminated wood.
Bends, arcs and volutes matched to the handrail profile in your design.
Straight handrail sections with the profile from your drawing. Long parts are machined on our machine for lengths up to 16 m.
Treads and panels milled on a 3-axis machine (4000 × 2000 × 500 mm) — series production too.
Only have a drawing or sketch? Our in-house CAD/CAM team prepares the model and the machining program.
Need to reproduce an existing handrail section? We 3D-scan it and build the model from the scan.
We work from your design, drawing or 3D file. Quotes within 24 hours.
Send a 3D file, a dimensioned drawing or a photo.
We agree the wood species and quantity.
We prepare the 3D model and the CAD/CAM machining program.
Curved parts on 5 axes, flat parts on the 3-axis machine.
Finished parts are delivered in Poland and abroad; transport is agreed with each quote.
Straight and curved handrails, including handrails for spiral staircases, bends and volutes, treads and other stair parts in solid wood. Everything is made to order from your design, drawing or 3D file.
We work in solid wood: oak, beech, ash and lime. We choose the species with you to suit the project.
Yes. Curved handrail sections, bends and volutes are 5-axis milled from glued laminated wood blanks to a precision of 0.1 mm. The working envelope of that machine is 4100 × 2100 × 1000 mm.
A 3D file (STEP, IGES, STL), a DXF drawing, or a sketch or photo with dimensions. We send quotes within 24 hours. If you have no model, our in-house CAD/CAM team can prepare one, or we can 3D-scan an existing part.
