CNC cutting of MDF and plywood panels, blanks and flat parts up to 4000 × 2000 mm — and in solid wood, sculptures, decorative elements and models milled on 5 axes. Made to order from your file or drawing, one-offs and series.

We run three CNC machines. MDF and plywood panels are cut on a 3-axis router, while 3D shapes in solid wood are milled on 5 axes. Send a file, drawing or photo — you get a quote within 24 h.
From a flat blank cut from a panel to a sculpture in solid wood.
CNC cutting of shapes, blanks and flat parts from boards. Contours, pockets, holes and lettering. 3-axis machine, 4000 × 2000 × 500 mm envelope.
Flat parts and 3D shapes in MDF. We also mill MDF plugs for composite moulds.
Plywood of any thickness: cut-out shapes, pockets and 3D forms glued up from plywood layers.
Sculptures, decorative elements and models in oak, lime, beech or ash. 5-axis machining to a precision of 0.1 mm.
Our largest 5-axis machine has a 10 000 × 3700 × 1700 mm envelope and machines parts up to 16 m long.
Milling of polystyrene and XPS foam: models, mock-ups and shapes in foam and modelling boards.
One-off or series — from a file, drawing, photo or 3D scan. CAD/CAM support in-house.
We take CNC wood orders from a file, drawing or photo — one-offs and series.
Send STEP, IGES, STL, DXF, a drawing or a photo with dimensions.
We choose the material, machine and process — 2D or 3D.
We prepare the model and toolpaths. No file? We 3D-scan your part.
Panels on the 3-axis machine, 3D shapes on 5 axes. Three shifts.
We check dimensions, including with a 3D scanner, and ship the parts.
Solid wood (oak, lime, beech, ash), MDF and plywood of any thickness. We also machine polystyrene, XPS and other foams, modelling boards (e.g. Prolab), plastics and composites.
Yes. Panel cutting, blanks and flat parts are cut on our 3-axis machine with a 4000 × 2000 × 500 mm working envelope — from a DXF file, a drawing or a dimensioned sketch. We mill contours, pockets, holes and lettering.
Yes. 3D shapes, sculptures, decorative elements and models are milled on our 5-axis machines — to a precision of 0.1 mm, and large parts up to 16 m in length. Examples: a figure of Christ, wooden torsos and a curved bench made of glued timber.
Both. We make single parts, prototypes and models as well as series production. Our machines run three shifts.
Yes. A drawing or a photo with dimensions is enough — our in-house CAD/CAM team prepares the model. If you have an existing part, we can 3D-scan it. We accept STEP, IGES, STL and DXF files.
We send quotes within 24 hours of receiving your file or description. Our workshop is in Giżycko, Poland (ul. Sybiraków 18).
Attach a 3D file, drawing or photo and tell us what you need. We reply with a quote within 24 hours.
